I have been getting glasses my whole life and you can assume ive been to many differant location throughout my 30+ years. This place takes the cake for being the worst. It started when i ordered glasses and they gave me a lead time on them of 1-2 weeks. They never even called for 3 weeks after i called them and gave me the responce," Well, lenses take time to make", I then asked why no phone call? They said," we are busy". So much for customer service..... Any way i made them eat half the price of the glasses. Well thinking it couldnt get worse the second time, which i should have called it quits, I called to make an appt on their voice mail. Well, that was a week ago and no call back still. I went to another location and made an appt, got my glasses, and could not be happier. Be aware.

I am still waiting for my glasses.
