The facts are that this office is poor in terms of skill and service: 1. Required a filling in 2011. This office charged an exorbitant amount for the filling and it fell out in 2 days. The dentist explained it was normal. 2. The filling was reattached and fell out again in 5 days.Once again the dentist explained this was normal. 3. 2 years later the filling falls out again. I call the emergency line and its a circle back to the normal office number. Now I am in pain... with no assistance from this dentist. The service is poor, they are trying to turn a buck and offer little in terms of support after the fact. Please beware.

Fantastic experience all 4 times I've been! Very professional, very friendly and caring all around. The office and rooms are spotless and contemporary. I had an extreme dislike for dentistry bordering on phobia so I started off with several cleanings over a year and a half and moved up to the more serious stuff, an extraction and replacement of fillings. They literally held my hand through it, I had little pain & no complications. 5 stars to Cindy, Jessica, Dr. Mayer and all the office staff. Also they show you detailed color images of the inside of your mouth, you can see just what work needs to be done and why, there's on guessing whether or not you should have something done. I have recommended them to everybody I know!

Dr. Bazilus is the best! I always feel so comfortable and at ease when I am in his office. You can tell he is really passionate about his work and his patients. Great for patients of all ages and so good with kids. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy dentist.

When my family dentist from growing up retired a good friend of mine recommended Sossaman Family Dental. It was then when I realized how out of date and out of touch my former dentist really was. I couldn’t believe how my experience could go from complete anxiety filled to not minding it at all. Glad ill never have to hear the term “it’s not pain it’s just pressure” ever again. Excellent service excellent atmosphere excellent all around experience. I won’t ever go anywhere else!

Excellent Dentist with fantastic service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. Dr. Bazilus is not only an excellent dentist, but is a good listener and will spend the time to explain your situation. If you are looking for an great dentist, I would highly recommend Sossaman Family Dentistry and Dr. Bazilus!
