Terrible customer service, all they had to do is fill out a 3M safety glass form that they are paid to do and could not get it write two different times. --NW--we don't understand 3M's form, Customer--you have a contract and are being paid to process the 3M form and you don't now how to fill it out? That is correct, we don't understand all of 3M's language/warranties--wow. After making the mistake they did not want to honor their mistake. Finally after numerous call to their regional manager they agreed to honor their mistake and then called in the wrong prescription even after i questioned them about it. This process started in May 2014, it is now Sept 2014, luckily my eye doctor started doing 3M safety glasses and told me to bring them to him and he would handle it at no cost to me. Also turn time should only be 10 business days not 4 weeks as I experienced with NW. Good luck collecting on anything they order wrong
I went there to schedule an appointment and the girls at the front desk all looked like teenagers. When i asked to schedule an appointment to a lady who was just talking to her coworker she told me to hold on and kept telling her about her day. When i kept waiting she stared at me up and down my body and gave a certain look at her coworker and they both stared. I completely felt like i was in high school being judged by my looks and i immediately felt extremely uncomfortable. And to top all that off she was completely rude to me and was not friendly whatsoever. So i said "you know what im leaving , i cant accept this rude behavior" and while i walked out the door one of the girls laughed ! Wow . Terrible service !
A month ago, my glasses broke when I went to re-order them, I paid the insurance fee and was assured it had been ordered. It was suppose to be ready in about 2 weeks. Throughout the month I waited, I called a total of 6 times and every time I was told "we will call you when they are ready" after a month, I called and demanded I'd get an explanation. Finally someone looked into it and found out that they were never ordered and that, that brand was discontinued. So I go in to choose a different brand and the person who had first "ordered" my glasses help me again and didn't even apologised. Dam right I filed a complaint & this will be the last time my family & I shop with them.
They may have great service but the waiting is internal. For only what it would take 5 minutes took 4 hours.
