This is a long-overdue review. I have been treated for about a year by Dr. Guyton when I moved to Tucson. I had had a bad motorcycle accident years ago and was dealing with long-term injuries in the left leg and the lower back. Being an avid motorcyclist, I tour the country on a regular basis, and these injuries would not let themselves be forgotten -- especially on long-distance rides of thousands of miles and in cold weather. My physical situation was complicated by the fact I was doing ground-training and saddle-training with horses, an activity that is demanding on both the legs and the back. Dr Joe had to patch me up a number of times. and he did so remarkably. One day, I came to his practice with shooting pain in across the back all the way to the neck. I could hardly walk and climb a staircase. I could not turn my neck, everything was inflammated. The pain was a solid 7 out of 10. Dr. Joe put me on a 'magic machine' made by Russian scientists, and this thing started to work my back like I had never had before. He also adjusted me lightly the first session, and a bit more in the second. In just 2 sessions 3 days apart, the pain disappeared and I regained full mobility. Back in the saddle again! Like I wrote above, Dr. Joe followed me for about 1 year and his chiropractic treatment was very effective at ensuring I could continue touring the country on my motorcycle without any major discomfort. I just make sure to stretch on my way. As a matter of fact, I completed 2 "Iron Butt Challenges" of 1000 miles within 24 hours each, and I did them back to back. I have since moved in the SE area of Tucson, which makes it too hard to go to Marana to get treated. But had I stayed in the NW, I would have continued with Dr. Joe without the shadow of a doubt.

great chiropractor and massage therapist, friendly and competent. they're funny too, and the assistant is one of the friendliest and most helpful i've ever encountered.

Dr. Guyton is the best!!! Cant live without him!!!!!

I have been treated by a few other chiropractors and Dr. Guyton gives superior adjustments. His prices are very affordable and he is a very funny down to to earth person. I would not go anywhere else!
