Yesterday I had the great pleasure of visiting the Exer Urgent care faclity in Calabasas. I have been reluctant to go to urgent care because they seems dingy and I worried about the care I would receive. Exer was amazing. The clean modern facility was invtiting and gave me confidence in their services. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Doctor Brady was amazing and extremely thorough. I was even able to get my antibiotics right there which when you are sick was so helpful.

My experience was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind, open, accepting, positive, and encouraging. They make your pain disappear with their amazing attitudes. I had a great doctor who solved the issue immediately and actually cared about my experience. I can't recommend this place enough.

While traveling down to Southern California to drop off our son at a local college, one of our daughters developed an ear infection. We visited Exer Clinic in Calabasas sight unseen, but with some degree of confidence based partially on the reviews on social media. We were very, very satisfied with the experience. The first impression of the clinic was that it was clean and crisp, but welcoming and hospitable. Insurance info was collected quickly, and after a short wait, we were back out of the clinic, prescription in hand (there's an Albertson's pharmacy just up the road). As parents, we were very impressed with the efficiency and hospitality of the care here, for our traveling patient, and and for the son we have at Pepperdine. We had a great experience here, and would not discourage anyone from giving them consideration.

Denied me my own perscription?! Unbelievable. Made me wait over an hour and decided my 5 year medical history was not sufficient enough.

Just went in for an ear infection. Excellent service, great staff and thorough doctors visit in a very timely manner. Thank You so much!
