April 11th 2014 at 1:30pm a Hispanic woman kept hanging up on me and put me on hold when I asked her about purchasing an item I inquired to buy. It was a simple yes or no question. Yet, she left me on hold multiple times and after I was tired of her unhelpful and unsatisfactory customer service, I inquired her name for a complaint. She only put me on hold again! August 26 2014 I called this location and was met with terrible customer service. Seriously what's up with these chains not having the decency to pick up a phone and answers simple product questions? Laura in bakery didn't help at all.

This place sucks. Slowest cashiers. Rude employees all except for 1 guy. Clean up your act Walmart.

Called in the early morning to see if they had sweet potato chips. Was very, very polite but the woman who answered the phone, an employee named "Mary" in Electronics, refused to to call anyone who could check for me and even denied that it could be done, as if she were the only employee in the store. She was rude and argumentative to any and every suggestion . After asking if her manager could find someone to check, she seemed nicer for a moment and said she would put me on hold for a second so she could check. Then with a loud "click", she hung up on me. I called back and after 6 or 7 rings she picked up again, as if nothing had happened. I politely asked if she was looking into those chips and she acted as if I were interrupting her; not giving her the chance to look. I told her she hung up on me, quite loudly. She laughed and claimed it was an accident. Then instead of continuing to check herself (wink), she said she'd ask her manager, "Greg", if they had the chips, and put me on hold. 5 seconds later she said "Greg" told her they did not have them. I said "Alright..." and typed this review.

There really isnt a Walmart at this location lol :( I dont know how Maps got this location this is the address to Corona Elementry in Ontario Ca

Everytime I come in iam greeted nicely on my way in and thanked on my way out. The people are friendly and look appropriate. I was looking for a carpet cleaner and an associate from electronics saw me struggling he came over and handle my problem, found that there were some in stock in the back room, went back and found them, brought me one and filled the shelf for the next customer.
