Their facilities are very new and clean and the appointments were easy to make. However, I found that the dentist had no bedside manners and was very aggressive with his treatment recommendations. I ended up feeling like they cared a lot more about what they could bill me for than as a patient (they even tried to up-sell me on dental work!). My gut instinct told me this wasn't right and I went and got a second opinion from someone I trust. The other dentist said that I did not need any of the work this dentist recommended. Also, this office seems to be affiliated with Chino Hills Dental Group (which has received some pretty poor reviews). Updated 7/14--this place is wacky. They have been calling me this week to check-up on my wisdom teeth and schedule time for me to meet a surgeon. Too bad my wisdom teeth were removed over 15 years ago. Somehow they have it in my charts that I have my wisdom teeth and they are bothering me. Because of this, I'm changing my rating to one star. I would never go to a place that couldn't keep my dental records accurate. Run, don't walk, from this place.

During my treatment I saw two different dentists. They are definitely more interested in getting my sign off on any treatment than really caring about my dental health. During a root canal treatment, they broke off the tooth and claimed that this can happen during treatment. the tooth broke while removing the temporary crown. I had crowns before and it seemed to me that most likely the wrong adhesive was used to hold the temp in place. It took almost 10 minutes to make it move and finally the tooth broke. Fortunately the root was already dead. On top of this they insisted on charging for the additional materials needed to build the foundation for the new tooth. Matching the color took over three attempts and I finally told them to leavit the way it was because I didn't have any more time to take off for treatment!. Their solution was to offer me a discounted teeth whitening

Awesome experience with Dr. Cong Ton. Very clean office(s) and a super friendly staff. Felt like they went out of their way to accommodate. Very professional.
