6/4/13 NO ICE CREAM FOR ME I love love love love Thrifty's ice cream counters, located within SOME Rite-Aid stores. This store is not one of those but our cashier did mention that they have a counter inside the other Fort Bragg location. We played on the mechanical helicopter out front before going in to look for a beach shovel. The store was well-organized and we found it quickly. There was actually a huge selection of shovels, all at what we thought were relatively low-priced. We grabbed a smaller one and headed out. We did make a stop in the fishing aisle to look around. It was pretty well-stocked. Guess this is a coastal town. I wish my Rite-Aid in Concord had a fishing section this big. Then again, my Rite-Aid has an ice cream counter. For the win.
