This is the only none specialty grocery store in Guerneville and prices are high, even with their "club card". Most popular items, like medicine, are out of stock which make the sick drive 30 min to Santa Rosa. Even worse, they are always busy and rarely have more than two check out stands open at a time. Today it took me 35 min to check out because there was only one lane open out of a a total of ten lanes. With the money that this place makes it seems to me they would open more check out stands to take their customers money. What this town needs is some competition, then maybe they would be more concerned about their customers.

We bought some expensive filet mignons at the Guerneville Safeway that were terrible! The meat was full of fat, gristle, not good! We will not buy our meat there again!

I was outraged with this guerville Safeway !!! The girl working in Starbucks was very rude to me,for no appearnt reason; her name was Erica. I was also at the customer service desk for almost 45 minutes before being asked if I needed anything very rudely.I and other friends are boycotting this Safeway.thank you for your time.
