Very crowded with no employees. Please double up on the amount of cashiers! Every single night there is at least a 15 min wait to check out. You are standing in line behind anywhere from five to ten people for each cashier. Their are spills and items all over the floor. I come here twice a week. And have been doing so for several years. These things have not changed. Also if you don't speak Spanish good luck getting any help. I've found ONE employee ever who spoke good enough English to help me. I hope corporate visits this place one evening. It will be an eye opener.
I recently had a horrible experience at this walmart. First off the employees in the customer service area are incompetent. A simple moneygram transaction was turned into a big issue just because the cashier did not enter the information correctly making the system freeze. She had listed Mexico as the United States. Than I had to wait until they figured how to resolve the error in the computer which I waited for over an hour and half. Finally, they refunded me and the transaction was reprocessed just to be informed the next day that the transaction was voided the customer service reps had no customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART. The EMPLOYEES are horrible. Not to mention the shift manager did not want to come out and speak to me. He didn't know what he was doing. The people working in this wal mart are incompetent and confused. Well at least the ones that I encountered so far. I am very unsatisfied, besides all this my poor father went to try and pick up the money that I had sent just to find out that they would not give to him, so I had to go back and speak to these people again. Waste of my time over something that should have been so simple.
Terrible parking, bad drivers, rude customers, bad customer service if they even speak English, overcrowded, dusty fitting rooms, long lines. Just awful, even for a Wal-Mart.
This Use to be a good wal-mart....now it's one of those places that you only go into IF you really and i mean reallllllyyyy need something! the place is unorganized, most of the workers are no help and the most rudest people go here. The parking lot is a mess! every time i go i always see someone taking up TWO Spaces. This walmart is horrible!
I used to shop here when I was short on cash, but now I won't even do that. I'll pay an extra 100 dollars JUST to not go there again. I'm a young 18 year old blond white female who's the part time mom for my 5 siblings ( since we don't have a mother ), and a dad who works hard all day, I've never committed a crime in my life, I don't smoke or drink, I smile and laugh so much so that everyone knows me as 'that sweet girl'. On my last visit, an employee tells me to 'please no throw stuff on the floor in make up aisle, over there, someone said they saw you' I informed her I wasn't in the make up aisle at any point during my visit, nor my siblings who were at my side at all time. She said okay and left. I was shopping calmly, placing my goods in the cart, adding up as I kept an eye on my siblings when a male employee approached me. What came next shocked me. He BLATANTLY was harassing me, telling me they have 'video evidence' of me and my siblings in EVERY aisle throwing stuff, knocking things over, screaming, running around crazily. When I replied 'sorry, but we were never in that make up aisle and my siblings haven't done more than skip or jog 5 feet to look at a merchandise.' He then told me he'll call the cops on me, just for inquiring about the accusation. I tried to defend my case, but he shrugged and said 'fine have it your way' I was CONFUSED and LOST. I followed him and asked if I could see this video, he denied me with a smirk and a turn of his head, as if I was an idiot. He even went as far as to HOLD onto my siblings shoulder coming back from the bathroom with the youngest and claim to her to 'calm down, we're watching you'.. WHATEVER you do, if you can, avoid this place. It is a predominately mexican Walmart, and I'll go as far as to say it was racism. Unfriendly employees, harassment I will be calling in on, all for poor quality merchandise and groceries you save a tiny bit on. But those savings aren't worth the treatment. You've lost my money, Walmart, hope you don't miss the 1,000 dollars I spend a month on food over false accusations.
