Dr. Dennis Chez and his receptionist are incredibly rude! We went to their office after not being able to get into our regular doctor for a severe cough. When we arrived the receptionist did not greet us or smile at all. Dr Chez asked very little questions about my condition and said I needed a shot to reduce the severity of my cough. He gave me the roughest shot that I have ever received and sent me on my way. Upon our departure, it was clear he and his receptionist were more interested in E! True Hollywood Stories than about our care, because they were both watching it again before we even left the building. As if their cold attitudes and horrible care weren't bad enough, they charged us for an "extended" office visit when our visit was less than 10 minutes! Oh, and that painful shot he gave me didn't make the cough any less severe and still hurts really bad 24 hours later. Next time, I would rather cough my brains out than visit these so-called caregivers!

Happy to have Dr. Chez!! I have taken my family to Dr. Chez for many years for both emergency and family health care. I don't have time to wait at a clinic or ER-- He is fast, efficient, and best of all keeps the decisions uncomplicated about whether to take meds or not. Even with our various broken bone visits, we are always in and out in less than 30 minutes!
