He's the best, and his staff is super sweet. I love that he doesn't pressure you into doing unnecessary work and seems genuinely concerned about your overall health and well being. He's a generous person that gives back to the community.

The Best! I would give Dr. Lechner 10 stars if possible! Not only is the office environment inviting, clean and new, you feel taken care of as soon as your walk in the door. Dr. Lechner has fantastic chairside manner and when sitting the dentist chair can be a bit nervewrecking, he is quick to ease your nerves and make you feel right at home. He performed a two root canals and crowns on my husband who hadn't visited a dentist in years and after that, my husband has "born again dental hygiene" b/c of how much Dr. Lechner emphasized preventative care. My recent cavity filling was a breeze. When I moved to Tahoe from Philadelphia, it took a while to find a good dentist, since no one in my town could recommend anyone and when we found Dr. Lechner, we decided it was well worth the hour drive it takes to get to his office. Yes, there are plenty of dentists in South Lake Tahoe, but there is only one Dr. Lechner and we'll gladly drive around the lake to get to him. I can't recommend him and his staff enough!

I saw Dr. Lechner for an emergency (broken molar). Despite having no prior appointment he fit me into his schedule. He is an excellent dentist (and I have used many through the years.) He and his staff are pleasant, engaging and highly efficient. The office is bright and comfortable. No bad vibes!!! I give him my strongest recommendation.
