My experience was just like that of other reviewers! I was told that I had several cavities that needed to be filled. They even worked on my teeth and had me pay a copay, but when the insurance company (United Concordia) reviewed the claim, their panel of dentists looked at my x-rays and determined that there were never any cavities to begin with! They refused to pay, so the dentist tried to go after me for the rest of the money. Thankfully, I talked to some great people at United Concordia and was told that I legally could not be forced to pay the rest of the money since the treatment was completely unnecessary. The insurance company also contacted the dental office to let them know that they couldn't bill me, and apparently the lady there cussed the insurance rep out over the phone and hung up on him! Insurance also sent representatives in person to explain to them that they were breaking policy by trying to bill me, but they still insisted that I pay and even threatened to call a collection agency. This went on for a full year before they apparently just gave up! I recently heard from our insurance company that they are no longer in contract with this dentist - I can't imagine why... It's so sad that this place would prey on anyone, let alone the family of a soldier while he is serving in Afghanistan! I'm honestly shocked that this place is still in business and hasn't had legal action taken against them by now. Please do not risk being scammed here!

Horrid experience. They lie. They said my husband had a mouth full of cavities and performed a root canal on him and myself. They said I only had 1 tooth without a cavity in it. We went to a different dentist after paying them ridiculous amounts of money and using up all of our alloted dental insurance. The new dentist said my husband had 3 cavities and treated them all for less than 200 dollars. The dentist said I had 11 teeth without any cavities and that the root canal he performed wasn't effective and I now have to have the work either redone or have it extracted. Do NOT go to this dentist- it is not worth your time or hard earned money. Please seek out other dental care as you will be in pain and out of money for no reason.

The personnel (doctor, receptionist and assistant) are nice, but their organization skills are horrible. I called in and changed my appointment from 8 to 9 and when I came in they said they didn't know and thought it was still at 8 and they made it sound like it was my fault. And then they asked if I still want to fix the problem at that time after I already waited almost one hour to be seen, and I said yes. Then, they ended up not having time to fix the problem and I had come back another time. When I came back, I had to wait an hour again to be seen!

DO NOT GO HERE!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MILITARY FILING UNITED CONCORDIA INSURANCE! I WAS TOLD, ONCE IT WAS DETERMINED USING LASER TECHNOLOGY THAT MY SON HAD A MOUTHFUL OF CAVITIES, THAT HE NEEDED 800 DOLLARS WORTH OF TREATMENT. AFTER A MONTH I STILL HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AS THEY HAD TO GET A PREDETERMINATION FROM MY INSURANCE FIRST ...AND THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT UNITED CONCORDIA PATIENTS ARE TENDED TO LAST AS A GENERAL RULE!!! I TOOK MY SON TO FOUNTAIN DENTAL CENTER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE IN FACT HAD ONE LITTLE CAVITY AND WHAT THE OTHER DOC HAD PICKED UP WERE SIMPLY STAINS ON HIS BABY TEETH!! AT FDC, THEY TREATED HIS CAVITY THAT DAY FOR ONLY 17.00!!! A HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM THE 800 WE WERE GOING TO BE FORCED TO PAY AT THIS TRAINWRECK OF AN OFFICE. I WAS SICKENED THAT THIS OFFICE TRIED TO BILK NOT ONLY MY INSURANCE, BUT MY TIME AS WELL. THEY CANNOT FILE INSURANCE HERE EITHER ... I AM STILL RECEIVING NOTICES OF THE CLAIMS BEING FILED WRONG FOR MY FAMILY'S CLEANINGS! AND IF YOU HAVE THE 2PM APPOINTMENT, BE PREPARED TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY, WITHOUT FAIL, FORGET TO UNLOCK THE DOOR AFTER LUNCH.
