I would not trust this place at all. To make a long story short, I was left with half my root canal done and a temporary bridge that came out after two days. It got very infected and I had to take antibiotics for weeks. They are inefficient and do not give their 100% best effort to their clients.Their office staff is also quite rude and and short with people. Yes, this place is a bit cheaper than most of the dentists in Eagle or Summit counties, but you get what you pay for. They do not care about their customers at all.

I just have to brag on Dr. Rollow. The front office staff is absolutely terrible but I have never met a better dentist. I was so nervous and crying my eyes out about getting my wisdom tooth out and he made me feel safe and did a wonderful job. His assistant Veronica was the sweetest also. She was so comforting during my nervous breakdown also! haha I would recommend him to anyone. What I though was going to be the worst experience ever turned out to make my day and he is the best!!!

The dentist and orthodontist are good at what they do. It is the office staff that needs help. Poor manors and undesirable customer service skills. Will not and can not recommend this office to anyone. Sorry Doc's you are good but your help needs help.

Simply the worst experience ever. Comfort dental, is this some kind of cruel joke. I lived in Mexico for 13 years and the equipment was way more advanced combined with better care. I can’t believe this has happened in the states. My wife did not have a sink to spit in; she was not given a cloth to protect her face and had particles everywhere. The suction hose for her saliva did not have a curve on it to stay in the mouth but was manually operated. My wife needed to wash the particles off her face in the bathroom afterwards (she was only provided with safety glasses). The x rays were excruciatingly painful. And it took entirely too long!!! Needles to say my Mexican wife arrived angry in disbelief of what had occurred. Be prepared for a nightmare.

I made an appointment for a cleaning, mentioning on the phone that I wanted specifically a cleaning, and when I got there twice mentioned I was there for a cleaning. I waited 20 minutes after getting my BP taken, then the doctor gave me x-rays for a toothache, told me he didn't see anything on the x-ray but it "may be cracked tooth or something" and sent me on my way. Didn't look any further at my tooth, just saying it may be something else but there was nothing on the x-ray so it wasn't worth checking out more??? I was charged $30 for a 10 minute appointment.. Also, the front office was incompetent. I made my appointment for a Tuesday morning. I got a call for the wrong patient confirming an appointment on Friday, followed immediately by a call using my name for an appointment on Friday, which I ignored. I finally received a call on Monday confirming my ACTUAL appointment. Lack of professionalism, lack of an ability to do their actual job, will definitely never go to any Comfort Dental ever again. And I saw someone else mentioned there was no sink, I definitely never saw one.
