Had an appointment for 9:15 today, they sat me down in the chair and I waited until 10:00 with not one person coming by explaining why they couldn't meet for my appointment. Walked out and told them I had better things to do than sit around and wait on a work day and that I'd never be back. They treat you like a cheque and not a patient.
