Was told on the phone that a tattoo treatment would be less than $100. I show up and they have me running all over -go upstairs, go downstairs, you need to go back upstairs... Then, they take my $50 consultation fee. I finally meet with them and they say that for my 1"X3" text tattoo is going to be $460 PER treatment. Crazy price! That's 3 (almost 4) times what most places charge and have paid at other places. I said I'd pay that if they could guarantee it's complete removal in one treatment, lol. Of course they said "no". I explain that I was told less than $100 and they didn't care. They apparently keep records of phone conversations and they said they'd listen to my appointment conversation where I was quoted $100 and reprimand the person that told me that. I said great, you'll hear it all on the recording and then asked for my $50 refunded and they refused. What a bait and switch followed by ridiculous prices and complete uncaring for resolving the matter. Enjoy my $50 you ripped me off of! Be sure to tell me how good that steak dinner you bought with my money was! Beware people!

I am so pleased at the scheduling of my initial appointment; the scheduler was very informative and polite. She answered all of my questions and was happy to work with me to get me into a first available slot at their new beach location. I look forward to my appointment!
