My Wife and I just returned from Baptist Manor Pensacola after 10 visits over the last week ( June 2011 ). This is a really great 'nursing home' and we were impressed with their professional care and highly qualified staff. The cleanliness was top notch, safety considerations were obvious, food was better than you would expect, and we left there feeling that our loved one was in very good hands. It's not fun placing a loved one in a 'nursing home' but this one deserves the highest rating. ( Sorry "Poor Care" you probably misspelled their address explaining the apparent loss of your information. I doubt they would have hired someone like you anyhow. ).
