Dr Wong has been wonderful to work with from a simple hearing aid tube replacement to creating a new mold for my mother's hearing aid she has been efficient, patient and clearly explains the options available. Everyone else we had been to told us the hearing aid needed replacing and would cost around $2000. Dr Wong has easily and quickly maintained Mom's current hearing aid (with which she is comfortable and happy) at a fraction of the cost of replacement. I highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone needing assistance in this area.

Dr. Wong is a truly remarkable doctor of audiology in Tampa. She shows a great deal of patience and compassion when she was working with me to find the right hearing aids for me. She was very understanding of my situation and took the time to explain the options in choosing the right hearing aids that would suit my need as well within the budget. I was treated for cancer over the summer of 2012. As a result of my treatment I suffered fairly severe hearing loss. Dr Wong was able to fit me with behind the ear hearing aids and my hearing was restored to where it was prior to my treatment. During the entire process Dr. Wong was very attentive to my needs. I was extremely apprehensive about the process going in but Dr. Wong made it easy. She was able to fine-tune the hearing aid and I am very please with the outcome. Dr Wong also was able to work with my insurance company to get me very high quality hearing aids with a lot of great features, at a excellent price. I highly recommend her services.

A year ago, Dr. Wong fitted me with Phonak behind the ear hearing aids. I previously had used in the canal hearing aids but frequently did not wear them because of the clogged ears feelings they gave me. Following my initial check up with Dr. Wong, she suggested that I try both Phonak's in the canal and behind the ear hearing aids to see which ones I liked the best. Based on Dr. Wong's willingness to allow me to spend a time with both types of hearing aids I was able to choose the behind the ear style which have served me well the past year. I've really enjoyed my follow-up visits with Dr. Wong where she has adjusted my hearing aids programs and optimized them for the best hearing I've experienced in years. I would recommend Dr. Wong to anyone looking for hearing aids for the first time or looking to replace their previous hearing aids with new and improved technology.
