Very disappointed with Rose Radiology. They were to have sent my x-rays and medical report to my doctor and never did. When I called them on it, they told me that they couldn't do that.

I want everyone to know that not all Rose Radiology Centers are as horrible as this one. Whatever you do make sure that the guy with the pony tail doesn't show up or you will be left there in whatever position he puts you in and left while he goes out to lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband is suing them because he saw them all go out to lunch for about an hour. I cried and finally figured out a way to sit up when he finally came back. I told him I was there because I was suppose to sit up and not be laid on the side that was hurting. He finally did just that. What a frightening experience! I don't want this to happen to anyone else. My husband went back into the office and wrote down the cell number of the owner of Rose Radiology who had a sign on the wall saying please call me if you have any concerns. Well we never received a call back and we explained everything twice. That's why we have a lawsuit against him. If he would have called us guaranteeing us that this would never happen to anyone else we would have not pursued it. Please be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
