I have been going to Dr. Straughn for over 5+ years now and she is great. She is very thorough with her care and treatments and she has helped me with quite a bit. She does have a passion for her field and she is by far the most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever seen and I have seen my fair share. I have and would recommended her to anyone.

I was satisfied by Dr. Straughn's services when I went 3 - 4 years ago. HOWEVER, I suddenly started receiving invoices out of the blue from LabCorp that referenced services rendered in November of LAST YEAR! I've called multiple times, but their billing office and all other phones are set to go directly to voicemail. I've left detailed messages but never received a reply. I went by and was told that it was their billing clerk's error, and it would be corrected. Now I've received a 2nd notice from LabCorp and am afraid these people are about to put a black eye on my credit. Again, no response or callback from the billing ofc., and both times when I drove to the office, the place was locked up. I cannot believe they are doing this! I've notified the FTC, and am preparing to make a police report for fraudulent activity. What else can I do when they refuse to correct their own errors??? Dr. Sherry Ann, hopefully this is not the way you plan to continue doing business!
