I have been looking for a GOOD dentist since I moved to Atlanta a year ago. Dr. Patel is IT! By far the best experience I've had at a dentist. Dr. Patel is so professional and kind. His experience lured me in initially (I was looking for someone with 10+ years experience, but not someone who needed bifocals to see my face!). He clearly knew what he was doing, and he made me feel really comfortable. I also appreciate a conservative dentist - one that doesn't try to "sell" you services you probably don't need. 5 stars all around. I will definitely be going back.

I purchased 2 for Smiles on Peachtree (aka Smiles on Main) - Comprehensive Dental Exam, X-Rays and Cleaning or Take-Home Whitening Kit - from Half Off Depot. I called and asked some questions before buying the coupon. I wanted to make sure I could get in before the expiration date. The scheduler assured me that I could, so I bought 2. I set up an appointment for 2/18/12, and let the scheduler know that date was after the coupon expired and she told me again that that wasn't a problem. Three days before the appointment, they called to confirm and said that the coupon was expired and that they wouldn't honor it, in an extremely rude manner. I explained to her that I was told twice that they would be able to honor the vouchers for me because my appointment was past the expiration date. She refused to believe me and rudely insisted that there was nothing they could do. They said they could only apply the amount we had paid towards the full price of any future services. I was shocked that she had the nerve to even suggest that I would pay for any of their services after the way she treated me! I cancelled the appointment at that point because I had already experienced such terrible customer service and I wasn't even a patient yet! I cannot imagine how they treat people once they have your money! I would not recommend Smiles on Peachtree (aka Smiles on Main) to anyone.
