I have to give a shout out to AFFORDABLE DENTURES, CARTERSVILLE GA. In my first review I dissed them because they were problems with my Dentures and I went home without the finals, so I thought that i was going to end up looking crazy. But when i went back for the finals, they looked great and at half the price and time that i was quoted elsewhere. AD is the place to go!
I give them a 10/10 grade. I had full extractions and they took care of me. They made me feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend their service for anyone worried about having dental work done.
This place was horrible. I called the previous week to find out if I needed an appointment. The receptionist said no appoinments were taken for new dentures, but that I needed to be there at 7:45. I arrived at 7;30am and was first in line. I had my grandmother and my great aunt to get dentures. At 7:45 am there was a huge line. I tapped on the door at 7:50 to the receptionist who laughed and pointed back at her watch. The line of 15 customers all agreed it was 7:55 when the door was finally opened. At 18 F I was cold and am sure everyone else was too. When we went in we were the first to complete the paperwork and later the first two to be called back to be seen for new dentures. My aunts and grandmothers molds were made(9:30) we were to told to return at 10:30am to check the wax molds that were made. We did return at 10:30 only to sit and wait until after 1:30 for this wax mold check. All employees enjoed lunch while many customers remianed waiting since 10:30 or earlier. After this we were able to get lunch at 1:30. Upon returning at 3:15 and NO LATER (as told by the rude curly haired nurse) we then sat again until 6:30 for my grandmother to get her dentures. My great aunt dentures were ready at about 7pm. Luckly my grandmothers teeth have worked out fine as of yet. My great aunts denture were completely made wrong. There were sharp edges, wax left in between the teeth, the front color had was left that cause a discoloration. When I told the heavy set male doctor he said we were just complaining since we had been there all day. He laugh at the fact the place of business opened late and left us in the cold. He patted my aunts leg trying to explain why her new teeth did not feel as they fit properly which she later told me made her feel as if he was talking to an incompentent child. He then said he would have her return tomorrow for a new mold (this time of her bone rather then her old denture) could he have done this the first time??? When we were leaving we asked the front office if we could be first tomorrow and not have to wait around all day. The extremely short haired receptionist started yelling at us. Hello who is the customer!!!! I'm sorry your office was closed the previous week, but you said your self you were trying to get as many patients in as possible to not turn people away....Money greedy company... Instead you guys should try what those posters say in your store....Provide quality dentures and satisfaction to customers. Thats your job...If you do not like it get a new one. Customers should not have to suffer because of employees having the previous week off and then you guys being slammed. We should not be yelled at or told any of this was our fault. Try the moto "The customer is always right.
Please don't go here they are rude and don't want u to tell the truth about there office. They can NOT make teeth right u would be better off going to a regular dentist for the money u have to pay. Reminder the staff is horrible it is so dreadful going to this place. Because of the staff
