Dr. Emma Murad has among the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. She was very friendly and reassuring of her diagnosis. She appeared at least as if she wanted to be there and cared. The rest of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional as well, including the assistant who pre-screened me. Although I did not look at my watch when they called me back, I am certain it was very close to my appointment time - hard to say with a lot of practices these days. The time between the assistant and Dr. Murad coming into the room was only a few minutes. I am fairly impressed with this practice and can at least recommend Dr. Murad for your skin care needs.
