My wife and I had been using a Dentist for 40 years but felt we desired to change for personal reasons. After much research we phoned Dr. Braswell for an initial appointment. We have never been treated so well. It immediately was like we had just obtained an extended family of friends along with true professionalism and expertise in the dental practice. The entire staff is so friendly and always smiling. What a great environment to participate as a patient. I must tell a true story to exhibit Dr. Braswell's true expertise and devotion to her patients. My wife had suffered for three years with severe nausea and stomach pains. Every test available was completed including a brain scan in an attempt to discover the cause without a positive result. One evening what we thought was a sinus infection turned out to be a severe infection in one of her teeth at the bone area. Keep in mind that many visits had been made to our previous Dentist with numerous xrays but nothing was discovered. Once the Endodontist did the surgery her nausea and severe stomach pain disappeared and has not returned. Thank God!! Upon my Wife's #2 visit Dr. Braswell discovered a superstitious area on the xray and immediately referred her to a Peridontic for further treatment. Thanks to Dr. Braswell's knowledge and expertise this referral, in our opinion, has prevented another occurance of the previous problem,. Another infection was discovered while performing a root canal. Treatment was performed and all is well. My wife and I cannot praise Dr. Braswell and her entire staff enough to have prevented this problem from repeating itself. She and her staff are the BEST. We would recommend her office to everyone without exception. We pray that she will continue to prosper in her profession and will always maintain the attitude and environment exhibited in her office at this time.
