I had a horrible experience at the Pooler, GA site. I had a rain check on the aveeno moisturizing soap (buy two and three dollars is deducted) and I was told in an abusive manner by the manager that I was not allowed to purchase the products. The only thing was left for the manager was to use profanities at me. I was in lane to be served and she shouted at me from the customer care desk, I asked can she please come closer and speak to me as a customer and an adult. I explained to her that I was able to purchase the items last week and the soap was included. Also, I told her that I will contact corporate and she stated she doesn't care. If Publix wants to continue to go further the managers at the store needs to be tactful. My cart was full of grocery and I had to leave the store without shopping. I felt so embarrassed and I couldn't believe how unprofessional the manager reacted towards me and handled the situation. I am glad that this took place early in the morning as there was not a lot of on lookers.

Every time I shop at Publix, the experience is always the same. Wonderful service, great quality and great prices. This is my favorite place to shop, and the only place I don't mind shopping during the holiday seasons because somehow, the employees always manage to maintain the same level of excellence. Thank you.
