Alisa is amazing. I met her at the end of June 2014 because I found myself in conflict with all of my siblings. Since I am closest to them, I knew that I needed to approach my problem from a different angle. Without knowing it until a few years ago, my parents' divorce in my childhood really affected me in many different ways. Besides that, I was the oldest child, which came with unwanted responsibility and burden. I had problems with expressing my feelings to myself and with others and had some trust issues. She worked with me on my problems from childhood, as well as those involving people important to me and my professional/personal aspirations. Alisa is not judgmental and will work with you on what you are comfortable working on. This is because if you are resistant to change, she cannot move the mountains and make miracles happen for you. She is trained in hypnotherapy and I participated in this form of therapy with her on numerous occasions. While Alisa does not force you to do anything you do not want to do, she asks questions that plant seeds in your mind about changes that you should seriously consider for improving yourself as a person. She did this with me through conversation, role-playing, hand-drawings with crayons, videos, articles, in addition to the aforementioned hypnotherapy. I will say that I was one of those people COMPLETELY against seeking therapy, as I had always viewed the field as wishy-washy with no real basis.
