We bought a ton of floors Select Surfaces from various locations in GA. When we bought them, 8 boxes fell off a pallet (out of 200) when we were picking them up in the back and we got a manager signature saying it was damaged for a refund at any Sams Club. When we went to the Snellville location, the manager, Alvin, refused to give us our refund. He told us he doesn't care and he won't refund the money. He told us to call the 1800 and he wasn't going to call, so we did right there. The 1800 number verified the refund and asked him to refund the 8 boxes, which he refused and told us he doesn't care and simply will not refund the product. Never been treated so disrespectful by Alvin who is grossly unprofessional.

Just wanted to tell you how wonderful one of your workers is at the eye dept in Snellville Ga. Her name is Alina and she has went above and beyond the call of duty trying to help my daughter get the correct contact prescription from Sears. Samantha has had a horrible time with Sears for the whole year and it is a comedy of errors how bad the Sears eye dept is. They keep giving her the wrong prescription then faxing another one that she never did wear and it is an endless trial going on for a whole year. If Sears had people like Alina working for them they would not be such a mess. You are blessed. Hope you realize it.

Sam's totally rules, but they dont accept Visa. It's just lame. They only except Visa in the form of debit.
