Helpful to low income people is a JOKE!! first time appointment, they said to bring in $75 turned out to be $120 and that was with 50% off!! I paid less than that going to my original REAL dentist for a cash exam like this was. This was with a 50% cash discount REALLY?? THEN get this. When the appointment was originally made it was to look at getting dentures. They scheduled the apt, we show up pay the money and to be told they DO NOT DO dentures anymore as of last year!! What a bunch of money grabbing crooks. Your better off going to your regular dentist and getting the service you know you expect let alone HONEST

Terry Reilly Dental in Boise use to be a great place where anyone could get dental help if they were in pain, had a cavity, or just wanted a check-up; but not any more. My husband previously went there many times in the past and they treated us great until today. Upon arriving for the appointment at 7:30 am (when they open) he was asked to completely re-do all of the paperwork from the office staff even though nothing has changed in five years, they already had a customer profile on him, a payment plan, a $10 dollar bill credit, and he was just there six months ago. However after refilling out a book, when he turned it in 20 minutes later they told him he was too slow and missed the appointment and he had to reschedule. He was there because his k9 tooth broke in half and was causing him pain with headaches, he survived a week on Advil waiting to get in and now had to reschedule. What a bunch of jerks, we are never going there again.

Despite their admittedly low rates, I cannot advocate for any clinic with such low standards with patient care.. I came in with my girlfriend for an emergency extraction of a impacted tooth, and they refused to see her because she supposedly canceled her appointment..which she never did!
