was asked if i wanted fluoride they checked and said yes. got the bill in the mail and found out they no longer went through my insurance company even though it is listed on my employers website. but still got my insurance to pay for part of it. the fluoride was actually not covered and i had to pay $100 out of pocket for a cleaning. it should be up to them to tell the truth of it is covered. never comming back.

The worst dental experience I have ever had. They scammed me and I would not trust this practice with my teeth. Don't waste your time or money here. They do not care about their patients, the main priority here is all about business. The dentist was very rude and negative. I was scared to sit in the chair and do not trust the providers. I now go to a practice that is truly caring about my teeth, health, comfort, concerns, and building a positive relationship. I can honestly say this dental group will not be around for very long. People will realize what it truly is.
