I had a cleaning and regular checkup at this office about 2-3 months ago. I thought they were very professional and willing to explain more than most dentists are. For the past week, though, my wife has tried to call them every day to schedule an appointment. She lets it ring a long time, and they do not have a voicemail. I also tried to call this morning (they are open Saturdays until noon), and my phone stopped ringing after about 5 minutes. Since we are on a DHMO and have to see our selected provider, I wish I had selected a PCP I could reach.
