Was very dissatisfied with this place. After calling on the phone to schedule and appointment to get two wisdom teeth pulled, the receptionist told me i did not need to make an appointment and that the coupon in the phonebook would cover part of my visit. When I got to the office later, I was told that the coupon was not valid and that there would be a 2.5 hour wait. When I mentioned that it was a long wait the lady at the counter told me I should have made an appointment first if I didn't want to wait so long. When I finally got in, the lady never introduced herself, I still do not know if she was a tech or a dentist or the cleaning lady, i do know that she recommended that I get two teeth pulled and that it would be the most expensive tier of removal without ever looking in my mouth just from and x-ray. I blame myself for not leaving at this point but I was already in the chair and I knew from a previous dentist that they were going to need pulled at some point. When Dr Guy Moore finally came in he did introduce himself and proceeded to pluck out my teeth out in a matter of 6 or 7 minutes. Then the other lady came back and told me to keep gauze in my mouth until the bleeding stops and that it should stop bleeding in an hour or so. 8 hours later my mouth was still bleeding and I went to sleep. The next morning the bleeding had almost stopped. All in all, extremely poor service and personal relations. One thing I can say about the place is they are a good marketing company with snazzy radio and print advertisements and they even sent me a letter a couple days later saying how much the loved new customers and that they were committed to providing 'trusted dentistry'. New customers must be their bread and butter because after having visited, I don't imagine they get much repeat business.
