I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. I took my 4 year old daughter there. She was playing out in the waiting room, and I will give them credit they do not make the paitents wait. But she wanted to take a toy back with her to make her feel more comftorble and they would NOT allow it. The nurse that came and got her, NEVER Said a word to my daughter No "hi" how you doing..nothing! When we put my daughter in theh chair she was scared to death. The nurse just sat there with a very annoyed look on her face. I went and switched out places with my mom to see if she could calm her down at all. The nurse got VERY rude with my mom saying that if we cant calm my daughter down we would have to leave and they would only see us one more time before we were not allowed to come back. The nurse never did once try to calm my daughter down or make it fun in anyway for her! I will never reccomend this place to anyone!
SCARED TO DEATH! Pushy and Sexist! Ruined Further for Doctor and Dentists! I do have to say they were very prompt in seeing their patients immediately, and not making them wait in the waiting room for more than a few minutes past the appointment time. Other than that, treatment was terrible. I had an appt. and I am VERY hospital/dr. nervous to start with, but they ruined me further. I do have to say having Medicaid sucks to start with, but not getting any additional help when you are shaking and crying, [refusal to offer aid without paying upfront for the gas to calm nerves]. I warned them that I have very HIGH anxiety when it comes to doctors of any sort. So much i have been prescribed Xanax for any appointments. Even taking my dose didn't help. I almost begged for my fiance to be allowed in the room with me, to help keep me calm. THEY SAID NO. there wasn't enough room, when there was plenty. I started to hyperventilate, and cry when I saw the needle for the Novocaine, and what did they do? THEY GRABBED MY HANDS HANDS AND ATTEMPTED TO HOLD THEM DOWN!!! Which only made the experience worse! Holding someone down who is already scared half to death ruins any future possibility of going back to them, or anyone for that matter. They definitely made me feel as is they didn't care about Me, their patient. They acted as if they, Just didn't have the time to allow my Xanax to kick in further, and tried rushing me; they gave me barely a minute to attempt to calm myself down, and when I couldn't I even offered to switch appointment times with the person after me, since they were already there and early, just so I could take a second dose and calm down. They still told me no, acted in a big hurry. VERY PUSHY The staff was also very rude to my fiance. And in his words, "they seemed awfully sexist, not only to me, but the other men that were in there too." He proceeded to tell me that they were excessively friendly to the children and the women, but hardly smiled or looked at the men, even when one of them were trying to talk to the receptionist, "he got short and choppy unfriendly answers". My family nor I will be going back to this dentist ever! I rather cancel my Medicaid, and pay out of pocket for Excellent Service, than to just go with what they are willing to give. I would also discourage anyone from going. ***And in regards to the review below mine, by Dad5... I am pretty sure they treated you the way they did, b/c you are a man.
Daughter had an appointment, called 2 weeks ahead to confirm and when we showed up it had been canceled and she was discharged. They also said they made reminder calls but I never got any we have caller id and an answering machine. Now we have to find a new dentist.
