I was in your store in Rochester the other day. I was looking for a bottle of hand soap. There was a female employee in the health/pharmacy area. She was straightening out items that were hanging on hooks. I asked her if she knew where the softsoap or similar hand soap was. She told me she was a cashier, it wasn't her department, and that she was told to straighten things out. I walked away from her and consequently, found it myself. I worked in customer service a few times in my life. We helped each and every customer that had a question. We walked with them to find what they wanted, even if we weren't sure where it was. Or we called someone and asked where the item might be, and then walked with the customer to where it was. Where has customer service gone? The clerk's job is just as important as a CEO. We need them to guide us as to where their products are. Since when can't a cashier help someone find something, if he or she isn't working at a cash register. Walmart, you need to step up your customer service. It has gone down hill. Your help is paid so little that they don't care. I won't shop that store ever again.
I found this red dress with black crossing back and forth over each other and white glitter in the places where the black crosses, in the girls section, a george girls dress, 18 dollars and I can not find it anywhere on the website.
Had to in three time ans then the under trained staff screwed it up three time costing me fifty more dollars than it would have taken i f u have any eltronic needs do not go to here and when asked to talk to a manager they said no and also waited for thirty mins and it still took a hour and a half never coming back here again
Terrible place staff is under-trained they are constantly screwing up prices this particular walmart has officially lost my service I would rather drive all the way to Plymouth than to ever deal with this place and the horrible employees again.
