Bought a pair of redwing work boots the older lady checked my foot and told me I needed a 9. She brougt a pair of boots I tried them on and bought them. The next day on my way to worked I thought they felt tight looked at the tag they where 8.5 . I took them off and tryed to take them back then she acted like I was lieing to he about what she had told me on my size. So I'm out a pair of boots.not worth the attitude to deal with them. Will never go back cant afford to have $200 boots that dont fit. Good luck if you deal with them.

If u go do not use the older lady. I guess she does nit realize that I know how to try on shoes and her over all attitude was just rude. Will not go back.
