This store is AWESOME!!! My husband & I have had thoroughly enjoyable shopping and eating experiences at this HyVee store ever since they remodeled earlier this year!! The Cafe dining area is fresh & clean, and all of their hot prepared food selections, salad bar, & Deli are totally superior to the other grocery stores in Lawrence. This store's Natural Foods section is wonderful, and their Pharmacy is the BEST in town. Regular grocery shopping is great, and their Caribou Coffee bar at the front of the store is always delicious and friendly. KUDOS to HyVee on 23rd St. !!!! (the other HyV location on 6th St could learn some lessons in customer courtesy - we'll never set food in that one again after all the rude experiences we've had at that 6th st loc) We LOVE this store!!!!

I have always purchased my groceries at Hyvee on 23rd street. after the remodeling of the building it became one of my favorite places to be. The customer service of hyvee sets the bar for not just other grocery stores but any retail business. One of the cashiers i liked named anthony fanello has a lot to offer the store. i recently heard he had gotten a promotion and with his customer service that does not surprise me. It is a great place to shop and they now have a gas station and electrical stations to charge your electric car. Hyvee on 23rd st and clinton parkway is legit.

They just finished the remodel, and the store looks great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Produce almost always appears fresh and tastes great, and they have a good selection of "ready-made" foods if that is your pleasure. They have a whole section for nice cheese with a cheese expert. Open 24 hours! But, if you are going around midnight, be warned that they "restart" their check out registers at 5 minutes to 12 am, so you have to wait for them to reboot.

Store is newly remodeled. Looks great but I am having to learn where stuff is again. Ha ha. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience.

The milk at this store 8 times out of ten tastes like its going bad. I don't know if they refrigerate it improperly or if the display where you buy it isn't cold enough but it has a milk going bad taste, I drink a bunch of milk and this makes me not want to shop there, and its more expensive than walmart or dillon's anyways!
