Great staff, I spent a few months recovering from back surgery at therapy works. Everyone was always great. The few times I had last minute schedule changes they did the best they could to accommodate me. They also have a wellness center if you need a small gym. Hope to never need therapy services again but if I do I'll go back here.

Cindy Johnson was great; unfortunately I only met with her for my first appointment. I didn't get to say which therapist I wanted to see and every one of them did things differently - told me to stretch differently, did ultrasound on different locations, etc. Plus, I would only get to see a therapist for about 10 minutes of my 1 1/2 hour appointment. The rest of the time they had a college student sit there and not watch me while I did a myriad of stretches. My insurance copay was $45 and I was paying for that?! But still they insisted I go 3 times a week no ifs, ands, or buts. Couldn't talk them out of it. I eventually had to demand they not make any more appointments. And most of all, it was doing nothing to relieve my pain.

Excellent therapists, my leg was atrophied and I had to walk with a cane ; they gave me hope I would walk again, unassisted. I joined the wellness clinic and the only draw back is no early hours 9 am is late for the working crowd. It seems they could spread the staff out and expand hours. The one next door opens at 5:30AM. The above posted hours are wrong they are open 9-7.
