After 3 years I returned to this business for a cleaning. The hygenist talked with me about getting a checkup Xray as her "eyesight wasn't that good" she needed the Xray to see my teeth properly(and SHE was going to clean my teeth with sharp instruments?). I explained to her that the $145 checkup and cleaning was expensive for me, and I couldn't afford another $200 in Xrays that I didn't need at that time. She checked with the dentist, and he refused to let her do the cleaning unless I had Xrays done. She said I should reschedule the cleaning until I could afford to do Xrays. I explained again that I NEEDED to get a cleaning and still the office refused to do the cleaning without the expensive Xrays. The dentist heard me talking and begging for just a cleaning, and never even came out of his office to talk with me. Now I know why my family and many friends left this practice after the previous dentists retired and left. After paying a $25 fee to get my dental records, I will be happy to follow previous patients and find another dentist.

This dentist is great! My 4.5 year old son and I had cleanings with Giana today and she couldn't have been better! It was his first cleaning and he wasn't nervous at all. She made him feel right at home. The email reminders and confirmations are very convenient too.

I think I have finally found my BFD.....best forever dentist! Everyone here is courteous and clearly the whole staff wants your experience to be positive. I think that Dr. Humphries is very current on his knowledge of all sorts of dental-related issues, including dry mouth and how it affects your teeth. Great experience!

I recently became a paitent of Dr. Smola's dentist office. I am the first to admit that I don't floss as often as I should and I have the fillings/cavities to prove it. I don't mind going and getting my teeth cleaned but when it comes to getting cavities filled, I am a white nuckled crying patient! Dr. Gorgini who filled 2 cavities for me, understood that I get upset sitting in the chair and worked with me, he would allow me to take a breather and relax and calm down and then he would continue. He is unlike any other dentist I have been to, and I have been to a lot! The whole staff in this office is wonderful, all the way down to taking appointments, it's easy to reschedule with them if you have to cancel an appointment, they're always willing to work with you and I feel they always put their patients first!!!
