Always friendly to me and the kids. Aside from having to wait in line at heavy traffic times, can't say I have any complaints.

Pharmacy is always backed up on filling orders and prescriptions are rarely available on scheduled pick-up times. Pharm employees are bitter, irritable and frustrated as a result of the many compaints they get from customers. You are much better off in the North Adams branch.

Excellent pharmacy, very helpful and knowledgable. They get heavy volume, but they take the time to get the scripts right. I have never waited more than 20 minutes for a script. Friendly pharmacists and technicians.
