While cleaning services are good, the billing is rude, unreasonable and do not keep their promises. I had a service done, and the dentist promised me it was $200. I paid it upon the service. Months later, the billing came back to me with an EOB and ask for nearly $300 more from me. I pointed out several items on the EOB was "duplicate procedure" and that the dentists said it was going to be $200. The billing insists that I have to pay and otherwise it'll go to collection. When I said I'm not going to pay for that, they just said, bye-bye.
