I really liked Dr Wright. He was polite, funny, succint, and knew how to handle my five year old son who had a hairline fracture in his foot. But the accounting office, my goodness what a mess. Our visit was in late June and today I was charged the copay, nearly two months later, with no authorization. I gave them my credit card at the time of the visit but apparently they did not run it, for whatever reason. They tried to run it twice on the same day a month ago and voided both charges. And then twice again today and voided one. So that is just obnoxious to me.
