Overly busy office and the clients pay for it with the rushed uncaring service that they receive. Saw Dr. Pinto, waited an hour for a 3-5 minute visit with him. He was impatient, seemed rushed and never gave me an opportunity to ask questions or concerns. I was in alot of pain and was only given a anti-inflammatory. I was belittled for not being able to bend my leg because of the pain (possible torn MCL). Within the first 20 seconds of my visit with him he told me regardless of my current injury that I need a complete knee replacement!! I have had previous injuries but I don't have a problem with my knee day to day. My opinion is that he is seeking money instead of taking care of his patient's needs. The staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. When I called to find out what I was to do now that I had my MRI (where any other doctor's office would call you) I was told in a very snappy way " YOU were supposed to call us when you made the MRI appointment! It explains all this on your patient summary" I explained I was never given a patient summary, and she told me that it wasn't possible as it is their procedure. I explained that is also their proceedure to given people their prescriptions when the doctor says he would give you one but they never did that either! I called this office to get a doctors note for work and proper pain medicine. i was put onto a answering service and my call was never returned. Worst doctors office I have ever been too. My dog gets treated better at the Vets. With the amount of people in the waiting room I am not surprised they don't have more than 3 minutes to spend with each patient. Avoid at all costs! I wouldn't allow Dr. Pinto to ever give me a knee replacement even if i actually needed one. I'm only 37 yrs old! Even if i did need one you don't just drop it on a patient like a bomb and offer no time for questions. The man is a rude, impatient and an arrogant bully.
