I had prior experience with my mom going here it seems they were for the most part late with every appointment, there was also a lot of wait time between instructions on what to do next, they seem to busy. I though well it ison my way and so I will give them a call and see if it has changed so I explained what had happened about 8 years ago and was assured that it was not like the. I was told to arrive at 1:30 for paperwork and my apt was at 2 I got there early and was done with 10 minute paperwork by 1:30 when 2 o'clock came I was told the therapist would be late by 15 minutes would I like to wait and I though 15 minutes probably means 30 and I was not willing to wait so I took my script and left. It seems like there are to many apointments at one time and it is cramped in the PT area. I will not give them a 3rd try I don't think anything has changed from long ago.
