I called on Monday. Asked for flowers to be delivered noon-1pm on Thursday for my daughter's birthday. She is a freshman at SMSU and was at soccer practice during that time. At 1pm, the coach called and said there was no delivery. I called Hyvee. They did not have a computerized system, so they had to look through papers. Ten minutes later, they said the delivery man left at 1pm. She said that they did not notice the time sensitive delivery time. I called her coach and everyone had left. Luckily, the delivery driver left the flowers at an office and my daughter's coach retrieved them. On a good note, the flower arrangement was beautiful and the price was good.

Bought Raisen bread at the Marshall Mn store-only to get home and it had NO raisens at all in the whole loaf! So the next time I bought the bread I checked it out closer at the store an I could see 2 Raisens under the frosting on top only to get home to find about 5 in the whole loaf. What a rip-off! Well then last week-end I bought some Focaccia Jalapeno cheddar Baking Stone Bread and there were NO jajapenos in the bread -under the cheese or on top of the cheese! Once again I got mis-labeled bread from your bakery. This never used to be the case. What is going on with your bakery?

I absolutely love Hy-Vee. They have the best deli, meat department and produce section. Their food is always fresh, reasonably priced and stocked for purchase. I like the wide variety of ready to cook items in the meat department and the amazing selection of fresh and tasty salads in the deli. I am a big fan of Dilusso meats and cheeses. Hy-Vee's prices are always very competitive and their sales are amazing. The Supersaver gas rewards card is a great added bonus. Also, the staff at Hy-Vee are always very friendly, helpful and available when you need them. They go above and beyond to make sure you do not need to wait too long in the check-out. Customer service is #1 at Hy-Vee. If you haven't checked out Hy-Vee, I'd suggest you do. You will not be disappointed.
