November 24, 2014 Arrived Walmart in the afternoon, checked out at 14:38:24. I had several bags and some that stayed in the cart and was scanned by hand, they were 50# dog food, 40# cat food, 20# cat food, and a humidifier. I also had two gallons of milk, two 12 packs of pop. The cashier completed the transaction and walked away, leaving 2 gallons of milk, two bags of misc. and two 12 packs on the turn table. I would have very much appreciated help loading the cart with my purchases. My checker's name was Jez. In the future I will purchase the heavy things next door at Runnings, they will load my cart for me, and also take it to my car and unload it there. Also HyVee is only a few blocks away and they help you to the car also. I will be changing my buying habits while in Marshall, MN.

i called for customer service and waited for 15 mins and knowone answer the phone so i hung up. dont anyone work anymore?
