Office manager not easy to deal with at all. There was an issue with some paperwork and i had tried to call and follow up. The office help told me they were not at liberty to tell me MY acct details. seriously??? I was told i needed to speak to office manager was put on hold for quite some time and never got my issue resolved. Instead they sent me a dismissal letter! I had been told they were hard to deal with on billing and insurance issues but NEVER thought this would happen to me. They told me that they were providers for my insurance and they actually were not. DO NOT refer anyone here. Its not worth the headache!
