Tri-Lakes Chiropractic Clinic

I don't know what was happening 2 years ago, but I can assure you that the receptionist was part of the reason I decided to give Tri-Lakes a try. I was dissatisfied with the chiropractor I was seeing and stopped in to ask a few questions. She felt Dr. Franklin would be best for my needs, and was she ever right. His techniques and communication is top notch. Plus, the office staff bent over backwards when dealing with my insurance company. THIS is the experience I was looking for. Thank you, Tri-Lakes Chiropractic!
Dear Highly Disappointed. As a Registered Nurse, I have experienced the personalities of MANY unfriendly professionals AND Patients. It has been my experience with Tri Lakes Chiropractic that encouraged me to write a rebuttal!! This group of VERY NICE folks have taken care of not only my family and extended family, but customer after customer who come to our facility. It is the responsibility of you, the "CUSTOMER" who has the insurance, to check you own network--they give you a book and you can also go online. I have been in this clinic when the both the secretaries and the Doctors have worked VERY hard to get treatments covered, and have seen them NOT CHARGE for treatment when the customer's insurance refused. Kind words when speaking with ANYONE goes a long ways. Your statement is inaccurate. These folks are VERY experienced, caring and have the VERY BEST customer service. P.S. They are probably glad to NOT have you come back!!!!!!!!!
Don't be fooled by their friendly faces. The receptionist is not only unfriendly, she is absolutely rude. They apparently have no idea which doctors are in your network and which doctors are not. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and I wouldn't be a bit disappointed if I never went back. If you decide to see them regardless, be sure to check the validity of their statements because they have no idea what they are talking about.
