It was my first experience and I regretfully say I was so disappointed. The service provided by Dr. Tawil was great though..however how they handled the payment/insurance thing was not. I called them to make an appointment for my son for his first ever visit, and asking/assuring that they will accept my dental plan, and they said yes and even they will helped me for filling it. I was happy, good price with good treatment. However 2 days after the treatment, I got a letter saying that they I need to pay a full price because they can't accept my dental plan.?? I was so bummed. What?? I called them and already asked/explain that they even also checked the card before my son's treatment, then why now they can't accept it?..They didn't do any help at the end...just listened :(. It's become so expensive and way beyond our budget. Rest assured I will not go back, too bad because we love Dr. Tawil. Suggestion : please double check with your dental plan/insurance first before making an appoinment with them.

The ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry are absolutely fabulous! I have had wonderful experiences with general dental care at this facility, but my experience yesterday tops all doctor visits I've ever had. I didn't have an appointment but was squeezed in because of terrible facial pain. They got me back to a chair very quickly and upon realizing how upset I was Dr. Ellis came immediately to talk with and help me. She took the time to research one medical possibility of what could be causing the trouble, read through the entire description and suggestions with me and administered a few tests. Once she determined there was a tooth that was likely the cause of the pain she called four different Endodology places until she found one she felt good about that had an opening for me later the same day. I even heard her tell the receptionist that it really couldn't wait until tomorrow and she had to find something for me that day. When it was time to leave I remembered I needed to pay for a prior visit and they told me they would send a bill and that I should concentrate on feeling better and not worry about payment at that time. I left feeling like the ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry, particularly Dr. Ellis herself, truly cared about me as a human being, not just a patient or a set of teeth. And, her diagnosis was spot on. Treatment to the tooth she identified alleviated the excruciating facial pain. Her diagnosis and treatment were far superior to the neurological disorder diagnosis I had received from a medical doctor the day before. To top it all off, my children (ages 4 and 7) like the employees and care they receive at Ellis Family Dentistry so much that they actually look forward to dentist appointments. Literally, I tell them they have an appointment and the response is "Yay!" Thanks so much to all the ladies at Ellis Family Dentistry. Everyone you meet there - from the receptionists you see as you walk in the door to the dental assistants and dentists who work on your teeth - are kind, caring, knowledgeable, highly skilled and wonderful people.

They are not professional. I have been to other dentists where it is the dentist who perform all the procedures whereas at Ellis family dentistry it is the assistants who are not well trained. All the review about this dentistry are scam. They don't provide all the information but are good at billing you latter.

I have been seeing Dr. Ellis and her team for 3 years. Dr. Ellis' team is top notch. I called to make a routine appointment and they were able to get me in the next day! From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Since my appt was last minute, I was not able to see my regular hygienist (Erin) so I was a little nervous but Megan was wonderful she explained everything and didnt just hop in because I was a regular patient. Everyone has such great conversation and they keep up with my life events which is so awesome. They are able to give you that personal touch everytime. What a great group of people.
