I have been attending this Dentist for 4 years, the staff has always been first class. I had an emergency before the holidays and the staff assured me they would be able to help me on my scheduled appointment. Upon arrival they were warm and very professional, i was even called in before my appointment time. Colleen walks in behind me unannounced, I greet her and she coldly responded, "hey". After looking at me for a moment, she states, she is unable to help me today because she has to many clients scheduled and she just can't help until the new year. I reminded her about the promise her staff made and her reply was, "I can't help you". No apology, empathy or sense of basic customer service. Reflecting back on my experiences with Colleen Carter DDS (the individual), they have not been memorable. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere and find someone who values your business and doesn't view you as a seasonal inconvenience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Colleen Carter for a crown, especially if you have a busy schedule. It was incredible! Done same-day with the latest technology and looks great! I literally, walked in, and 2 hours later, walked out with a complete crown. I don't even have to go back for a bite adjustment! Thank you so much Dr. Carter for taking such good care of me! It's beautiful and the bite is great! Also, I hate the sound of dental tools so they have Beats headphones in the office for me to use! Seriously, best experience at the dentist yet! Dr. Carter, you're the best!

I have found my new denstist office!! Staff was nice, friendly, and efficient! Anna did a FABULOUS job x-raying and cleaning my teeth. She explained everything she was preparing to do and was aware of any discomfort I was having. My teeth feel amaaaazing! Dr. Schmidt was friendly and professional. Thank you!!
