To look at this building on the outside, you would not think much of it, but the staff inside is terrific! I know from personal experience that the care provided for my mother gave me the peace of mind that I needed when looking for long-term care placement for her. I did consider the two-star rating, but I do not believe that the three days the Medicare surveyors spend at a facility once a year is representative of the big picture. There are 5-star facilities in Charlotte that I would have never considered for my mother. The building is undergoing some renovations, which is great because it will really help the ambiance and perk things up.
