My mother and father are both patients with Northside Urgent Care and have been since 2009. Dr. Ferguson is absolutely amazing. The problem with the clinic is that the staff is rude and less then helpful. They had a P.A. on staff who misdiagnosed my mother not once, not twice, but three times. He almost caused her to die. Her illness was so severe, she had a massive stroke and is now wheelchair bound and may loss her legs. The carelessness of this clinic is inexcusable. They do not take your health seriously. They are now withholding medicine from my mother. I do not recommend this clinic and suggest you go to Dr. Ferguson's clinic in Hope Mills. The one star is solely because of Dr. Ferguson.

I have been going to Northside Urgent Care for over 4 years. While it is busy at times, the staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are thorough. That all ends up meaning more time but in the end it is worth it.

waited over an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in exam room. got taken for x-rays then had to wait in exam room again for another hour. the dr, told me he wanted me to go to physical therapy. It has been two weeks and i am still waiting to go to physical therapy. I cant been seen without a referral. Other than that the staff and doctors were nice and polite., the waiting sucks though... :(

I understand the wait time can be difficult to deal with at times, but your health is worth the wait. My Mother has been a patient of Dr. Ferguson's for over two years now. I can say with confidence that if it had not been for his expertise, personable manner, sense of humor and compassion my Mother may not be with us today. My Mother suffers from white coat syndrome - which is unfortunate since she is a heart patient with CHF. Dr. Ferguson and his staff put her at ease and give her the time she needs to express her symptoms and concerns. Dr. Ferguson NEVER makes my Mother feel like most doctors do.....like you're and idiot and don't know what's going on with your own body. He does not have a "God" complex. My Mother would also agree that the wait time is frustrating, but she would not change doctors....ever. You wait for a reason....Dr. Ferguson is one of the best doctors in NC and he's busy. You won't regret waiting on his care - and the staff will make you feel comfortable the entire time - all you have to is ask:)

SLOW!! Over an hour to get called back then sat in the room for over another hour before a doc peeped in. Staff seems friendly but this place is horrible on the wait time.
